I told you how I felt after the first week assessment. Last week, I told you how I found out about the Body Back fitness program. I am now into my third week. I can tell you it is a love/hate relationship of sorts. Hate may actually be too strong of a word. It's actually kind of fun, but don't tell my instructor. Really, it's tough. I've never had a workout so hard. It's not fun as I'm being pushed to the limit. At the same time, however, I know it's good for me and it's going to help me reach my goals. I am looking forward to seeing what gets accomplished in only 8 weeks!
