Fitness, health and nutrition are areas I want to make a priority for this year. What about you? I know it's important and should be a priority, but my schedule does not always reflect its importance. I realize I need to apply those time management tips from last week to this area of my life, too.
There are many great fitness programs in our area. There are local gyms and outdoor fitness programs. We also have wonderful parks and recreation centers.
How are you doing on nutrition? Want to eat healthier in 2010? The East Arlington Branch Library encourages everyone to attend Being Nutritious in 2010 - making affordable and wise food decisions. Kids can even make a health-centered craft.
