This is week six. There are only two more weeks to go. I can certainly say that I have learned many things. Remember those new running shoes I purchased? My legs no longer hurt. These are definitely intense workouts. I do feel stronger after having done them, however, and that makes me feel good.
Body Back is an eight week results based workout/nutrition program designed specifically for moms of ALL AGES! Program includes before and after assessments, three HIIT (high intensity, interval training) workouts per week (no kids), full meal plan and food diary, online coaching/support group.
